Welcome to OfficeFleet. The officefleet.gr website and the OfficeFleet registered business address service are operated by ESTATE FLEET SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (ESTATE FLEET ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Α.Ε., Tax ID: 802011859, GEMI: 168112858000, 9 Loulou Str., 73133 Chania, Greece, email: info@officefleet.gr, phone: +30 216 003 3553). By purchasing or using the service you accept these terms.
1. The service
OfficeFleet provides a registered business (tax) address at company premises in Greece (Athens, Chania and other cities). The service includes:
- a lease agreement for the registered address,
- registration of the lease on TaxisNet,
- receipt and handling of mail delivered to the address,
- support from our team.
The address is used to register your business and to receive documents and notices from public authorities and third parties. It does not include the use of an office or physical workspace.
2. Plans and prices
- 3 months: €124.01
- 6 months: €216.94
- 12 months: €309.56
Prices are final. They include the 3.6% Digital Transaction Fee, which is calculated on the net rent. Every plan shows the net value, the fee and the total charge separately. There are no other charges.
3. Ordering and payment
You can pay:
- by card, through the secure Viva.com payment page, or
- by bank transfer to the accounts shown when you complete your order and in the confirmation email. You must include your Tax ID and full name in the transfer description.
The service is activated only once payment is confirmed. Creating an order or sending a transfer receipt is not enough on its own. We never store card details and never charge you automatically.
4. Start and lease agreement
Once your payment is confirmed you receive a confirmation email. Our team contacts you within 24 hours about the details and documents needed for the lease. When the lease is ready, it is available in your account on officefleet.gr.
If your business is being set up, you are abroad, or you are registering your business in the coming days, the lease is issued under your personal Tax ID. As soon as your business is registered, we replace it free of charge with a lease under the business Tax ID.
5. Duration, reminders and renewal
Each service has a unique Service ID, a start date and an expiry date, shown in your account. We send you email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry, and on the expiry date. Each reminder includes a secure renewal link.
You renew only by making a new payment, whenever you choose. If you renew before expiry, the new period is added after the current expiry date, so you do not lose any days.
6. Expiry without renewal
If the service is not renewed, the lease ends on the expiry date. From then on you are responsible for transferring your business address with the competent authorities (tax office, GEMI). The company may register the end of the lease on TaxisNet.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your order with a full refund until the lease has been registered on TaxisNet, by emailing info@officefleet.gr. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. The lease is registered at your express request for the service to begin. Once it has been registered, the service is considered provided and the amount is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
8. Your obligations
- Your business activity is lawful and the details you provide are true and complete.
- You inform us of any change to your details or your business details.
- You do not sublet or transfer the use of the address to third parties without our written consent.
If any of the above is breached, we may suspend the service.
9. Liability
We take care to receive your mail promptly and to keep you informed. We are not liable for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided to us, from delays by public services or third parties, or from events beyond our control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Chania have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
